You will have access to both myself and Matt, Matt is our Head Lifestyle Coach here at PreppedByWardy. Matt deals directly with the clients while i oversee the entire process. The combination of my knowledge coupled with Matts hands on experience has proved to be a powerful combo producing some of the best lifestyle results to date!

WELCOME MATT
Welcome Matt to the team as Head Lifestyle Coach.
Matt will be the direct point of contact for this package, with myself being directly involved at the initial setup stages & check in stages. Therefore you have full access to our knowledge at any time.
Matt is an active personal trainer for over 11 years, this hands on experience translates well into online coaching especially for mechanical feedback on training form & intensity etc.
His athletic background is as follows: Football, Muay Thai, MMA, Powerlifting & most recently bodybuilding! He has a wide range of experience across these sports so he will relate well to all our clients.
Matts strength & conditioning experience coupled with my bodybuilding & physique experience makes for a dangerous combo which will be delivered to our clients to produce some crazy results 🙂
